Q: What cleaning supplies and equipment should I have available?
We understand that each of our client’s needs are unique. We recommend supplying your choice of cleaning supplies and products, this is ideal for client’s with allergies, or sensitivities to certain products. All products we use are nontoxic and biodegradable.
We would also like to be as efficient as possible. It’s ideal that you designate a spot to store cleaning supplies and make your housekeeper aware ahead of time. This is especially recommended if you plan on being unavailable for the duration of the service appointment.

Q: Adding time to my clean?
Please call 2 – 3 days in advance to advise if you need to add time to your clean. It is not possible to add time on the day of clean. Rebooking at the door will result in lost of deposit, no exceptions will be made.
